n Good Company Festival Group Show

Opening Reception: Tuesday October 7, 7 - 9pm -The ARTS Projects - North Gallery
The In Good Company Festival is a multi-arts, multi-disciplinary festival celebrating the diverse arts traditions within our community. I have been fortunate enough to be included in this year's event in showcasing new Canadian artists alongside local established London artists. The ARTS Project is pleased to be a part of this festival with the upcoming exhibition Profile.

"This show presents a profile of London artists as they see themselves: their work, their lives, their bodies, and their minds. It also presents a profile of the large and growing group of London's working artist community, featuring talents in a variety of media, working at a various stages in their careers.

It is an exciting community full of talented people who teach us about ourselves as much as they tell us about themselves. The artist is in everything he creates. A self portrait is only a more explicit expression of this, making obvious what makes art interesting. Maybe it is this expression of self which makes visual art, like many other forms of expression, such a solitary pursuit. And yet, as this show demonstrates, in London, the visual artist is In Good Company." The Arts Project
